Absolutely five stars! This is an authentic Chinese restaurant run by real Beijingers. You can tell they put a lot of thought into ingredient selection—everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. The flavors are spot on and truly bring out the essence of northern Chinese cuisine. I was especially impressed by their new dish: Beef Rib Biangbiang Noodles. The beef ribs were tender and flavorful, the chili oil was aromatic without being overpowering, and the noodles had the perfect chewy texture. A must-try if you’re into authentic Chinese food!- Eten

Small cozy restaurant with some nice dishes. The cumin noodle soop was flavourful and the noodles were very nice chewy and tasted great. Friendly and fast service. The pancakes were also amazing.

It's a nice place with authentic Chinese flavors. We've had some side dishes and noodles. All the flavours are saturated and rich. For those who are looking for more Szechuan peppercorn numbness, there is quite some Szechuan flavor but no numbness. The warmer dishes are perfect for the colder weather 😊

We went here to find some sechuan peppercorn dish. We had 1 noodle soup with the peppercorn and the tomatoe pork noodle dish. I loved there bouncy fat noodle, dish could have a bit extra Spice in my opinion but I can imagine the average Dutch customer would not appreciate it. Will visit again

I definitely recommend the place! Great food, especially traditional Chinese noodles. There are quite some options, varying from light to the heavy/intense taste, and all are delicious. You can also choose between different shapes of noodles and fillings (e.g beef or pork). Portions are generous. Staff is charming, always ready to explain/give recommendations.

Everything fresh and home made. Super friendly owner (tho he is a little shy 🙈 at first). Shrimp toast and panfried dumpling were my fav. They taste great even the next day after air-frying.

Highly recommend the cumin noodle with wide pulled noodle. Food was served quickly and the female staff with glasses was very attentive and caring. Don't wear white as the soup will splash a bit.

We went out for lunch with a group of 11 on a Thursday. The food was amazing, the Tsingtao was cold and service was great. Many of us had noodles or rice dishes, which were equally amazing. Would definitely stop by if I’m in the area!

We went for a late lunch at China Supreme yesterday and really enjoyed the food We started with the pork Chinese crepe which was packed with filling and tasted very good. The wide noodle dishes didn’t disappoint and if you like a little spice try the Cumin noodle. The “BiangBiang” noodle were also a hit. The service was also great. We will be back!
Best Chinese noodle soup in the Netherlands! I love Chinese food and have really high standard but this place was fantastic! Side dishes were nice but wish it had more portion. But their noodle soups are unbelievable. I will definitively come back here!

A great quality foodie find! The wide noodles are highly recommended and I love their chewy texture. They taste great with a spicy sauce. The Chinese dumplings are also super delicious. The service is friendly and very knowledgeable, so definitely worth a visit!

Great food! At first I thought is just a random average food stall in a mall, but it turned out to be really good. I think I found my new spot to visit more often. My wife and I got 3 dishes, Dandan noodles, classic biang biang and a classic jian bing. I definitely recommend this place.
Comfort food! I recommend their Dan Dan noodle for spicy eater. Their shrimp Guo Tie is the best! Also the wraps are must try!!!

Biang Biang noodles was insanely delicious! The sauce was so so good. 12/10 would recommend!!! I put the sauce on everything; stuffed pancake and char sui rice. Id definitely come back here for the noodles.

Great restaurant for authentic biang biang noodles, jianbing and more. All the food is good value, biang biang noodles are my favorite. Staff and owner are great! Used to be located near dam square, new location will make me visit more often.

终于等到至高无上的新店开张了！以前就很喜欢这家店的油泼面，最近得知油泼面回归了，立马和朋友过来吃！还是以前的味道，五花肉肥而不腻，面条筋道又入味，番茄味特别浓郁！在有些微凉的秋天吃上这么一碗热乎乎的面条，真的好幸福！最近新店也装修了，整体用餐环境也特别好，安静又优雅！非常推荐！
